Established in 1888, the Grand Hotel was originally a majestic Victorian-era three-storey landmark built for seaside guests arriving by paddle steamer from Melbourne.

The original design included cast-iron lacework verandahs, cornices, archways, and even a lookout tower to take advantage of sweeping views over Port Phillip Bay and beyond.

What it offers

• The hotel now offers 18 boutique rooms, including a selection of Balcony “Bay Rooms” and “Grand Bay Rooms” overlooking the bay, plus Mural and Atrium styles, all furnished with designer pieces by Zuster and luxury fittings.
