Originally launched as a pop-up wine bar in late December 2023, Arlo quickly reimagined itself by early 2024 into a pasta and wine bar with a stylish European vibe.

Founded by Peter Roddy and Ebony Vagg, the team behind Pier Street Café in Portarlington and Noir Restaurant in Melbourne.

Menus are intentionally small and curated, helping guests confidently choose from starters, snacks, small plates, and pastas with seasonal flair.

The wine list has been streamlined recently, focusing on Italian, French, and standout Australian wines.

Cocktails include classics like Americano, margarita, and Aperol Spritz, alongside signature creations such as a Tim Tam Mocha Martini and local Bellarine gin-based drinks.
