Situated in Terminal?3 (Virgin Australia Domestic), airside after security at Pier?E, just before Gates?4 and?6. This is Australia’s first on-site airport brewery, and among only four such brewpubs globally.

Beer Hall, featuring visible brewing tanks, industrial?vintage design, timber, marble, murals, and airfield views. Equipped with a small 6?hectolitre brewhouse, producing 2–4 beers on-site, with an additional 18 styles shipped from Collingwood.

You can expect up to 30 rotating beers per year, including airport exclusives and themed releases like the “Australian Resilience Beer” supporting bushfire charities.

30 beer taps, covering everything from easy?drinking lagers to adventurous ales.
Also offers 6 draught wines, plus spirits and tasting paddles for sampling flights.
