The Murdoch Guild Tavern, affectionately known as "The Tav," is a vibrant on-campus venue at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. Operated by the Murdoch Guild, it serves as a central hub for students and staff seeking affordable food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere.
Situated at the northern end of Bush Court (down the stairs from The Student Hub) in Building 418, the Tavern is easily accessible to the university community. The closest parking areas are Car Park 3 and Car Park 4. Parking at the Perth campus is free after 5 PM until 8 AM on weekdays and all day on weekends. Visitor paid parking is available in Car Parks 3 and 4.
The Tavern offers a variety of function areas, including a relaxing courtyard, a balcony overlooking the lawn and trees, and a cozy indoor space. Venue hire is free for all students, staff, clubs, and societies.
For convenience, the Tavern's food menu is available on Uber Eats, allowing patrons to order their favorite dishes and soft drinks for delivery.
