Wonthaggi
Wonthaggi is a town in Victoria, Australia. It is located in the Bass Coast Shire, about 150 km southeast of Melbourne. The town is known for its historic coal mining industry, which began in the late 19th century. The most notable landmark in Wonthaggi is the State Coal Mine, which is now a museum and tourist attraction.
There are no casinos in Wonthaggi, but there are several RSL clubs, Legions Clubs, bowling clubs, sports bars and licenced pubs with poker machines, keno and TAB. The total number of poker machines in the town is limited by local regulations.
