It’s a themed cocktail bar + club. The interior is designed like a New York-style apartment crossed with funky St Kilda character. Think quirky décor: pop-art colours, abstract artwork, lounge room, “bathroom with bathtub”, fold-away bed, balcony fire escape, graffiti-style alleyway motifs.
Multiple internal areas, lounge, kitchen, private rooms (‘library’, ‘formal dining room’), veranda/outdoor seating, front lawn, TV room, etc. Different “rooms” for different moods/events.
