The Sale & District Greyhound Racing Club, commonly known as the Sale Greyhound Club, is a prominent greyhound racing venue located in Sale, Victoria, Australia. Established in 1935, the club has evolved into a multifaceted entertainment and dining hub for the local community.

The club's inaugural meeting took place on February 6, 1936, at the Sale Showgrounds. Initially, the facility featured a straight track commencing near present-day McGhee Street, running along the Dawson Street boundary, and included a 340-meter circle track. Races were conducted over the 250-meter straight and 340-meter circle tracks. The first race was won by Nulla Nulla, trained by Mr. Frank Gooding.

Over the years, the club underwent several relocations and upgrades. In 1982, racing commenced at the current complex located on the Sale Showgrounds. Continuous development has transformed the venue into one of the most advanced greyhound racing facilities in Australia.

The club conducts twilight racing every Sunday, offering free entry to attendees. A highlight of the racing calendar is the Group 1 Sale Cup, run over 650 meters. Held annually on Boxing Day, this prestigious event attracts top middle-distance greyhounds from across Australia.

Demonstrating a strong commitment to the community, the Sale Greyhound Club engages in various charitable activities. These include hosting fundraising events, supporting local sports clubs, and providing facilities for community groups such as Neighbourhood Watch and Rotary. Notably, the club has raised significant funds for causes like the Royal Children's Hospital and East Gippsland flood victims.
