Established in 1844, The Stump is steeped in local character and lore.
The name “The Stump” harks back to a tradition: publicans lit a lantern on a chopping stump when officially closed.
Dining combines traditional pub fare—main courses like steaks, seafood spaghetti, burgers, ribs, with regionally inspired ingredients.
