Notting Hill Hotel is affectionately known as The Nott, located in Notting Hill, Victoria, Australia.

Established in 1891 as the Half Way House Hotel, it served as a coach stop on the Prahran–Ferntree Gully route, reflecting its early role in regional travel and hospitality.

The Byer family owned and operated The Nott for over 70 years.
