Riserva Wine Bar is a sophisticated European-inspired wine bar and restaurant located at 395 Wattletree Road, Malvern East, VIC 3145.

Established in 2017 by hospitality veterans Frank Ciorciari and Gian Chiaravalle, Riserva offers a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, combining exceptional food, an extensive wine selection, and attentive service.

Riserva boasts an impressive collection of over 100 wines, with a strong emphasis on Italian varietals, complemented by selections from France, Germany, Austria, Spain, and California.

Approximately 15 wines are available by the glass, allowing all to explore a diverse range of flavourss. The venue also functions as a bottle shop, enabling guests to purchase their favourite wines to enjoy at home.

The menu at Riserva is a celebration of Italian and French cuisine, crafted with seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Signature dishes include:

• Spaghetti Vongole: Fresh spaghettini with local clams, garlic, chili, and bottarga.
• Veal Cotoletta: Herb-crumbed veal rib served with spinach.
• Duck Ravioli: House-made ravioli filled with duck, complemented by seasonal accompaniments.
• Burrata with Black Russian Tomatoes: Creamy burrata paired with heirloom tomatoes and basil oil.
• Tiramisu: A classic Italian dessert executed with balance and finesse.
