Hargreaves Hill Brewing Co. is a renowned craft brewery located in Lilydale, Victoria, at Unit 60, 64–86 Beresford Road, Lilydale VIC 3140.
Established in 2004 by classical pianist Simon Walkenhorst and opera singer Beth Williams, Hargreaves Hill has pioneered Australia's craft beer scene.
After the original brewery was destroyed in the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires, the team rebuilt in Lilydale, expanding their production capabilities.
The brewery is celebrated for its dedication to classic beer styles and innovation, offering a core range that includes:
- Pale Ale
- Extra Special Bitter (ESB)
- Stout
They also produce seasonal and limited-edition brews, such as the "Phoenix" imperial red ale and their annual Russian Imperial Stout (R.I.S.).
