Established in 1950, the Clubs' building and Dining room overlooks the beautiful Port Esperance bay with the majestic Adamson's peak in the distance providing spectacular views any time of year.
The Restaurant Bayview Dining lays claim to some of the best views of any R.S.L Club in Australia. The Dover R.S.L Club is the southern most R.S.L Club in Australia.
The menu includes all the pub favourites, a variety of seasonal fresh seafood dishes, Chef's special curries, and vegetarian and vegan options.

- Bar and Gaming: The main bar is equipped with TAB, TASkeno, and gaming facilities.
- Lawn Bowls: The club is home to the Dover Bowls Club, featuring a seven-rink bowling green with views extending to Bruny Island.
