Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club Incorporated (NYRC) is a vibrant waterfront club based on the Noosa River in Noosaville, Queensland.
NYRC’s mission is to maintain a financially viable club providing boating, facilities, and training for both members and the local community.
What it offers
- Offers a strong competitive sailing program, especially with trailer-sailer yachts like Blazer 23s, Hartleys, Farrs, and RL24s.
- Hosts fortnightly Saturday races, Wednesday afternoon sails, and takes part in notable Queensland events like Bay to Bay and Sail Mooloolaba.
- Boasts a full range of rowing activities: “Learn to Row” programs for adults (6-week courses), club rowing for social and competitive rowers, plus fitness training with Level?2 coaches.
- Amenities include a bistro, bar, takeaway, casual dining and river views. Open daily from 11 2, bistro hours vary.
- The gaming lounge has few pokies machines and the sports bar has TAB and Keno.
- Membership includes A$35/year for bar and bistro access, plus digital memberships.
