Boreen Point is a small town located in the Noosa Shire in Queensland, Australia. It is situated on the shores of Lake Cootharaba and is a popular destination for fishing, swimming, and boating. The town is home to the Boreen Point State School, a local pub, and a few shops. The most popular landmark in the area is the Boreen Point Campground, which is located on the lakefront and offers a range of camping and recreational activities.
