Murphy and Vanita, a husband-and-wife team, are the owners of Green Mango Vietnamese Restaurant.

They started their food journey back in 2006 when they opened Vietnamese restaurant in Regents Park.

Also the creators of the BoodleGraze. BoodleGraze consists of Vietnamese food artistically laid flat on banana leaves or with the addition of props to create a more luxurious table.
