Named after the Parish of Manly Cove in the County of Cumberland, this sophisticated basement bar serves a selection of over 250 whiskies, natural wine, craft beer and an extensive themed cocktail menu including prohibition classics, tipples inspired by original counties from Sydney and surrounds.

The Cumberland with ornate and vintage furnishings, including marble benchtops, hand-carved sandstone blocks, reclaimed timber, antique brass and copper accents and a handmade leather banquette seat that wraps the walls of the intimate 75 seater venue.

The bar is renowned for its creative and expertly crafted cocktails, offering a wide selection of spirits, wines, and craft beers.

Their menu features a mix of classic cocktails and innovative concoctions that change seasonally.

While it’s mainly known for drinks, The Cumberland also offers a small selection of gourmet bar snacks and platters, often with a focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
