Naught Distilling is a distinguished gin distillery and cocktail bar located at 2/32 Peel Street, Eltham, Victoria 3095, Australia.

Established by former teacher Chris Cameron, Naught has rapidly gained acclaim for its meticulously crafted, small-batch gins, earning numerous local and international awards since its inception in 2020.

Naught Distilling specializes in a range of premium gins, including:

• Australian Dry Gin: A classic expression with a balance of botanicals.
• Sangiovese Gin: A unique gin infused with Sangiovese grapes.
• Overproof Gin: A higher alcohol content gin for robust cocktails. These gins have been recognized with awards such as Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and Gold Outstanding at the International Wine & Spirit Competition.

Adjacent to the distillery, Naught operates a speakeasy-style cocktail bar designed by Studio Y. The bar features dramatic wallpaper, velvet accents, and a sculptural installation of dried native botanicals suspended from the ceiling, creating an intimate and elegant atmosphere.

The bar offers a menu centered around gin-based cocktails, including both classic and innovative creations. Signature drinks feature Naught's Australian Dry, Sangiovese, and Overproof Gins. The food menu includes grazing boards, buffalo mozzarella with Pedro Ximénez balsamic, and caviar served with crème fraîche and crisps.
