About Wangaratta RSL

The Wangaratta RSL Sub-Branch, located at 2-4 Templeton Street, Wangaratta, Victoria, has served veterans, their families, and the local community for over a century. In 2019, the RSL opened a new venue on the site of the old Sydney Hotel, overlooking the Ovens River. The facility offers a modern club experience with a bistro, bar, and function rooms.

The bistro provides Australian cuisine seven days a week, featuring seasonal menus accompanied by local wines and an extensive selection of beers and cocktails. Outdoor alfresco dining options, including waterside seating, are also available.

Membership options are available for those interested in joining the Wangaratta RSL community. Benefits include access to all facilities, discounts on drinks, meals, and entertainment, participation in member activities, and regular newsletters.

Membership fees are $10 for Service, Affiliate, and Social memberships and $5 for Community membership.

Gaming Lounge has live sports screening, TAB to bet on live sports and pokies games to play.

Bingo and live music are popular here.
