Paper Scissors Rock Brew Co. is a vibrant craft brewery and taproom located at 119 Grampians Road, Halls Gap, Victoria.

Established in April 2019 by locals Marty Schoo, Pat Calvird, and Will Hudson, the brewery has become a social hub in the Grampians region, offering fresh beer, delicious food, and live entertainment.

The brewery features eight rotating taps of seasonal craft beers brewed on-site. Their core range includes:

• Normal Beer: An Australian Sparkling Ale with a 4.9% ABV and 23 IBU.
• Stone Cold Hazy: An American Wheat beer at 4.7% ABV and 26 IBU.
• Traveller Pale Ale: A Pale Ale with a 5.0% ABV and 36 IBU.
• Red '67 Red IPA: A robust Red IPA boasting a 6.7% ABV and 67 IBU.
• Dark Vader Stout: An American Stout with a 5.6% ABV and 39 IBU.

Seasonal and limited-release beers, such as the Boysenberry Cheesecake Sour and Mr Roboto Japanese Rice Lager, are also available.

The chef-led kitchen offers a seasonal menu carefully crafted to complement its beer selection. Popular dishes include:

• Loaded Beef Burger: A 200g house-made beef patty topped with cheese, smashed avocado, salad greens, red onion, pickles, and BBQ sauce, served on a sesame seed bun, accompanied by chips.
• Grilled Chicken Salad: A hearty option paired well with their Red '67 Red IPA.
