Daddy Bar is a cozy neighborhood establishment at 528B Sydney Road in Brunswick, Victoria. It is owned by sisters Ellie Hunt and Shellinda King and their friend Nicholas Limberis. The bar is situated in a space that was once a bank vault.
The interior features an eclectic, retro ambience, combining elements of a kitschy lounge room, dive bar, and artist space.
The venue, furnished with upcycled, salvaged furniture and adorned with assorted knickknacks, offers a warm, unpretentious atmosphere.
The bar offers a selection of locally sourced beers on tap, a diverse wine list, and a variety of house and classic cocktails.
For light bites, you can enjoy snacks such as Pocky sticks, pie and tart slices, and toasties. Daddy Bar also serves as a gallery space for local artists, with featured artworks displayed on the walls and available for purchase.
